Our services help you learn how to issue a digital agency using “Najiz” by entering the Najiz platform via the link, then clicking on “Electronic Services” in the second step, then specifying whether you want the person to obtain an electronic agency, after which the appropriate service is chosen and the type of agency is chosen, and then all the agent’s information is recorded correctly. The Ministry of Justice has also approved the work of an individual from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for an agency account via the “Najiz” Internet portal. We also help you create an electronic agency for a person who is not a citizen of the Kingdom, as you can, through the link, visit the Ministry of Justice website and choose the service provided by Najiz that appears in the electronic services, then click on it. After that, you can click on “Log in” to access the “Najiz” website, which works as a service portal on the Internet, then choose the “Issue Agency” icon, then click on “Next” when a page appears containing all the customer’s information. The beneficiary will then view all the information that must be provided about the agent, including his date of birth and ID number after clicking on the “Add Agent” option, then choose the search icon, then choose the options from the components of the page that are (Fixed – General) Connected to the agency, then click on the “Next” button and then choose the exact date for the agency period and its validity to expire, then press the “OK” button. Continue doing this until the electronic agency task is successfully completed, then the beneficiary’s mobile phone will receive a verification code after entering it. They must choose the “Activate” code. As a result, you have been given an electronic agency and the recipient will receive a message on his phone with the agency number and its unique link.
Termination of an electronic agency – The agency relationship may end with the consent of both parties, either in writing or verbally, on the basis that it was established by agreement between the principal and the agent. If the agency connection is terminated in line with the terms of the agency agreement, it is also considered a termination by agreement. In this case, any of the following scenarios may occur:
If the contract stipulates that the agent is appointed for a specific period of time, the agency will automatically expire after that period of time.
The agreement stipulates that the agency must end (be dissolved) upon the occurrence of a specific event, and the agency ends upon the occurrence of the aforementioned event.
Dissolution of Agency by Mutual Consent
A principal’s or agent’s actions, as detailed below, may terminate or cancel an agency:
Agent’s Effectiveness
If an agent is appointed to perform a specific act or for a specific purpose, the agency will cease when the task is completed or the stated purpose is achieved.
Revocation of Principal
A principal may always revoke an agent’s authority, however, if this is done unilaterally and is inconsistent with the terms of the agency agreement, the principal may be liable to the agent for breach of the agreement.
Any act or statement by the principal that is inconsistent with the principal’s continued exercise of authority may result in the agency being revoked.
A principal’s revocation of an agent’s authority may not automatically relieve a third party who is entitled to rely on the agent’s apparent authority because of the principal’s representation or previous course of dealing with the agent before the third party receives notice of the revocation, as a result, the third party must receive notice of the revocation of the agent’s authority as soon as possible.
Waiver of Agent
By refusing to act or informing the principal that he will not act on behalf of the principal, the agent has the option of renouncing his authority.
The agent will be liable for the principle of breach of the agency agreement, including payment of compensation for the loss caused by the principal, if the agent terminates the agency unilaterally before completing his duties towards the principal under the agency agreement.
A legal organization may be dissolved by notice.
If the agency agreement provides that it may be terminated upon either party giving the other written notice for a specified period, such as three months’ written notice, either party may do so by sending the necessary notice to the other party.
The general rule is that fair notice must be given to the other party to terminate the agency relationship if the agency agreement does not include a termination and dissolution clause
